Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UnoVeil ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use UnoVeil. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.

4. Creator Accounts

Creators may set subscription prices, upload content, and receive payments through the Platform. Creators are solely responsible for the content they publish and must ensure it complies with all applicable laws and these Terms.

• Creators retain ownership of their original content
• By uploading content, creators grant UnoVeil a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute the content on the Platform
• Creators must not upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights

5. Creator Age Verification and Record-Keeping Obligations

In compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, all creators must complete identity and age verification before uploading any content to the Platform. This is a mandatory requirement and cannot be bypassed.

• Creators must submit a valid, government-issued photo identification document confirming they are at least 18 years of age
• Creators must ensure that all persons depicted in their content are at least 18 years of age and have provided appropriate consent
• Creators are considered primary producers of their content and are responsible for maintaining their own records in compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257
• UnoVeil retains verification records as required by law and makes them available for inspection by authorized authorities
• Failure to comply with verification requirements or uploading content that violates age-related laws will result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement

6. Subscriber Accounts

Subscribers may browse creators, purchase subscriptions, and access content behind paywalls. Subscriptions are recurring and will auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7. Payments and Fees

UnoVeil charges a platform fee on creator earnings. All payments are processed through Stripe. Creators receive payouts according to the payout schedule displayed in their dashboard.

• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment activity may result in account suspension

8. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use UnoVeil to:

• Upload, share, or distribute illegal content
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity
• Distribute malware, spam, or engage in phishing
• Scrape, download, or redistribute creator content without permission
• Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
• Use the Platform for money laundering or fraudulent activity

9. Content Moderation

UnoVeil reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or our content policies. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our guidelines.

10. Intellectual Property

The UnoVeil name, logo, and platform design are the property of UnoVeil. You may not use our branding without prior written consent. All creator content remains the intellectual property of the respective creators.

11. DMCA and Copyright

UnoVeil respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please contact us with a valid DMCA takedown notice at support@unoveil.com.

12. Limitation of Liability

UnoVeil is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnoVeil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of UnoVeil after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
