UnoVeil ("the Platform") is not the primary producer of any visual content displayed on this website. All content available on UnoVeil is user-generated and uploaded exclusively by independent, verified creators who use the Platform to distribute their own original material.

UnoVeil operates as a hosting platform and content distribution service. The Platform does not direct, produce, film, or otherwise create any of the visual depictions hosted on the site. Each creator is solely responsible for the content they upload and for maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Record-Keeping

In accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and the regulations set forth in 28 C.F.R. Part 75, UnoVeil requires all creators to verify their identity and age before they are permitted to upload any content to the Platform. This verification process includes:

• Submission of a valid, government-issued photo identification document (such as a passport, driver's license, or national identity card)
• Verification that the individual depicted in the identification document is at least 18 years of age
• Cross-referencing the identification document with a live selfie or photograph of the account holder to confirm identity
• Manual review and approval of all verification submissions by UnoVeil's compliance team before content upload privileges are granted

Records of age and identity verification for all creators are maintained by UnoVeil at its principal place of business. These records are kept in compliance with the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 and are available for inspection as required by law.

The records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 with respect to content appearing on this website are kept by the individual creators (as primary producers) and by UnoVeil (as a secondary producer and hosting platform), as applicable.

Age Verification

UnoVeil is committed to ensuring that all persons depicted in content hosted on the Platform are adults aged 18 years or older. The following measures are enforced:

• All users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on UnoVeil, as verified through date of birth confirmation during registration
• All creators must complete a mandatory identity verification process, including submission of a government-issued photo ID, before they are permitted to upload any content
• Creator verification submissions are reviewed by trained personnel within the UnoVeil compliance team
• Creators who fail to complete identity verification or whose documents cannot be verified are not granted content upload privileges
• UnoVeil reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account if there is reason to believe that content depicts a minor or that verification documents are fraudulent

Secondary Producer Exemption

UnoVeil may qualify for the secondary producer exemption under 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(4). As a hosting platform, UnoVeil does not produce, direct, or otherwise create visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct. All such content, to the extent it exists on the Platform, is created by independent creators who are the primary producers under the statute.

Pursuant to 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(4), a secondary producer that does not hire, contract for, manage, or otherwise arrange for the participation of the performers appearing in visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct is not required to maintain individually identifiable records of every performer, provided that the secondary producer ascertains the primary producer's name and address and confirms that the primary producer has complied with the record-keeping requirements.

UnoVeil fulfills this obligation by requiring all creators to verify their identity and age through the Platform's mandatory verification process before any content can be uploaded.

Reporting Violations

UnoVeil takes the safety and legal compliance of its Platform seriously. If you believe that any content on UnoVeil violates 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or depicts a minor, please report it immediately through one of the following channels:

All reports of suspected violations involving minors will be immediately reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to applicable law enforcement authorities. Content in question will be removed immediately pending investigation.

Content Removal and Cooperation with Authorities

UnoVeil cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies. Upon receipt of a valid legal request, subpoena, or court order, UnoVeil will provide all relevant records and information as required by law.

UnoVeil proactively monitors the Platform for potential violations and reserves the right to remove any content, suspend any account, and report any user to the appropriate authorities at any time, without prior notice, if there is a reasonable belief that a violation of law has occurred.

UnoVeil may update this compliance statement from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulation, or platform practices. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
