Subscribing to a creator is simple. Visit their profile page and click the “Subscribe” button. You will see the creator's subscription price (between $4.99 and $49.99 per month). If the creator offers multiple tiers or a yearly discount, you can choose the option that works best for you.

After subscribing, you get instant access to all of their subscriber-only posts, media, polls, stories, and direct messaging. Subscriptions renew automatically, and you can cancel at any time.

All payments on UnoVeil are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Depending on your region, Apple Pay and Google Pay may also be available at checkout.

Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers. All transactions are PCI-DSS compliant.

To cancel a subscription, go to your Subscriptions page and click “Cancel” next to the subscription you want to end. You will keep access to the creator's content until the end of your current billing period. After that, your subscription will not renew and you will lose access to subscriber-only content.

No partial refunds are issued for the remaining time on your current billing period.

Pay-Per-View (PPV) content refers to individual posts that a creator locks behind a one-time price. Unlike subscription content, you do not need an active subscription to purchase PPV posts -- anyone with an UnoVeil account can buy them.

Once you purchase a PPV post, you have permanent access to it. Prices are set by the creator and vary per post. Look for the lock icon and price tag on posts to identify PPV content.

Bundles are curated collections of posts that creators package together at a discounted price. Instead of purchasing each post individually, you can buy the entire bundle and save. Bundles typically offer 10--30% savings compared to buying each post separately.

Once purchased, all posts in the bundle are permanently unlocked in your library. You can find available bundles on a creator's profile or in the store section of their page.

Subscribers can send direct messages to creators they are subscribed to. Go to the creator's profile and click the “Message” button, or visit your Messages inbox.

Some creators may also offer pay-per-message options for non-subscribers or priority responses. The message price (if any) is displayed before you send. Creators set their own messaging preferences and response times.

You can gift a subscription to another UnoVeil user. Visit the creator's profile and look for the “Gift Subscription” option. Enter the recipient's username or email, choose the subscription duration, and complete the payment.

The recipient will receive a notification that they have been gifted a subscription. Gift subscriptions do not auto-renew -- once the gifted period ends, the recipient can choose to subscribe on their own.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a creator deletes their account or is banned from the platform, active subscribers receive a prorated refund for the remaining subscription period.

For other refund requests, you can submit a request through your Settings page or contact our support team at support@unoveil.com. We review all requests within 48 hours. Our general policy allows refunds within 30 days of purchase for qualifying circumstances.

If you encounter content that violates our community guidelines, you can report it directly. On any post, click the three-dot menu and select “Report”. Choose the reason for your report (e.g., harassment, illegal content, spam) and submit.

You can also report a user from their profile page. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team, typically within 24 hours. Reports are anonymous -- the reported user will not know who flagged their content.

You can delete your account from your Settings page under “Privacy & Data.” Before deleting, you can request a full data export (GDPR-compliant) to download all your personal information, posts, messages, and transaction history.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Active subscriptions you hold will be canceled, your content will be removed, and any pending creator earnings will be paid out according to the normal payout schedule. We recommend downloading your data export before confirming deletion.

Getting started as a creator takes just a few steps:

1. Sign up for a free UnoVeil account (or enable creator mode in Settings if you already have one).
2. Verify your identity by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID. This is required by law (18 U.S.C. 2257).
3. Connect Stripe to set up your payout account. Link your bank account and provide tax information.
4. Set your subscription price (between $4.99 and $49.99/month) and customize your profile.
5. Start posting content and promoting your page to attract subscribers.

The entire setup process typically takes less than 15 minutes. Once your identity and Stripe account are verified, you can start earning immediately.

UnoVeil charges a flat 12% platform fee on all earnings. This means you keep 88% of every dollar earned from subscriptions, tips, pay-per-view sales, bundle purchases, and paid messages.

There are no monthly fees, no setup costs, and no hidden charges. The 12% covers payment processing, hosting, content delivery (CDN), DMCA enforcement, content watermarking, and platform maintenance. You only pay when you earn.

Payouts are processed automatically through Stripe Connect. After the initial payout delay (typically 7--14 days for new accounts), your earnings are deposited directly to your bank account within 2--7 business days, depending on your country and bank.

You can track your earnings, pending balances, and full payout history in your Creator Dashboard. Stripe Connect is available in 40+ countries. All payouts are automated -- there is no manual withdrawal process.

To configure your subscription pricing, go to your Creator Dashboard and navigate to Settings → Subscription Tiers. You can set your monthly subscription price anywhere between $4.99 and $49.99.

You can also offer a yearly subscription at a discount (up to 20% off the monthly rate). For premium content beyond the base subscription, use pay-per-view pricing and content bundles to create effective pricing tiers that cater to different fan budgets.

Promo codes can be created from your Creator Dashboard → Marketing section. You can customize:

• Discount percentage (e.g., 25% off, 50% off)
• Expiration date for time-limited promotions
• Maximum uses to limit how many fans can redeem
• Free trial codes for limited-time free access

Promo codes are a great way to attract new subscribers, run limited-time promotions, or reward loyal fans. Share them on social media, in DMs, or anywhere you promote your page.

When creating a new post, click the “Schedule” option instead of “Post Now.” Select the date and time you want the post to go live, and it will be automatically published at that time.

You can view and manage all your scheduled posts from the content calendar in your Creator Dashboard. Edit, reschedule, or cancel scheduled posts at any time before they are published. Scheduling helps you maintain a consistent posting cadence and plan content in advance.

UnoVeil prohibits content that violates our Terms of Service, including but not limited to:

• Content involving minors in any context
• Non-consensual content or revenge content
• Content depicting illegal activities
• Harassment, hate speech, or doxxing
• Copyrighted material you do not own or have rights to
• Spam, scams, or misleading content

Violations result in content removal and may lead to account suspension or permanent termination. Our moderation team reviews reported content and conducts proactive monitoring to keep the platform safe.

All creators must complete identity verification before they can upload content or receive payments. The process involves:

1. Photo ID submission -- Upload a clear photo of a valid government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID card).
2. Selfie verification -- Take a live selfie to match against your ID photo.
3. 2257 compliance -- Confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all individuals appearing in your content are also 18+, as required by 18 U.S.C. 2257.

Verification is handled securely and your documents are used solely for compliance purposes. Most verifications are completed within 24--48 hours. You will receive a notification once your account is approved.

Absolutely. UnoVeil uses Stripe to handle all payment processing. Your credit card details are sent directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. Stripe is a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor -- the highest level of security certification in the payments industry.

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL and at rest. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. We never store, log, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or billing details.

To enable two-factor authentication (2FA), go to your Settings → Security section and click “Enable 2FA.” Scan the QR code with an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password.

Enter the 6-digit code displayed in your authenticator app to confirm. Once enabled, you will need to enter a code from your app every time you log in, adding an extra layer of security to your account. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA, especially for creator accounts.

UnoVeil is a creator subscription platform where content creators can monetize their work through monthly subscriptions, tips, pay-per-view content, bundles, and more. Fans subscribe directly to their favorite creators and get access to exclusive content.

Creators keep 88% of all earnings with only a 12% platform fee. Creating an account and browsing public content is completely free for fans.

Creating an account is free and takes less than a minute. Click Sign Up and enter your email, username, and password. You will receive a verification email to confirm your account.

Once verified, you can start browsing and subscribing to creators. If you want to become a creator, you can enable creator mode from your Settings page or sign up with the “Start Creating” option.

You can request a full data export from your Settings → Privacy & Data section. The export includes your profile information, posts, messages, transaction history, and all personal data we hold.

The export is prepared as a downloadable file and typically takes a few minutes to generate. We comply with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations. You can request an export at any time.

If you believe your copyrighted content has been shared on UnoVeil without your authorization, you can file a DMCA takedown request by emailing legal@unoveil.com with the required information (identification of the copyrighted work, the infringing URL, and your contact details).

We process valid DMCA requests promptly and will remove infringing content. Repeat offenders face account termination. Creators also benefit from content watermarking and download protection to help deter unauthorized sharing.
